Shipping Options
We offer multiple shipping options to fit your needs. All orders are processed within 1 business day.

Processing Time
Orders placed before 12 PM CST on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
Note: During peak seasons and sales events, processing may take up to 2 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order anytime using our Track Order page.
Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after your order ships. If you don't see movement after 48 hours, please contact us.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS and UPS depending on your location and selected shipping method. The carrier is automatically selected for optimal delivery time and reliability.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii (additional shipping charges may apply). We're working on expanding our international shipping options.
Shipping Issues
Lost Package
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and your local post office. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we'll help resolve it.
Damaged Package
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately. We'll ship a replacement at no cost.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change an address after ordering, contact us immediately—we can often update it before shipping.
