Where do I find my order number?
Your order number is in your order confirmation email, subject line reads "Order #XXXXX confirmed". It's also on your packing slip.
When will tracking be available?
Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
My tracking hasn't updated in days
During transit, tracking may not update for 1-2 days. If there's no movement after 5 days, contact us and we'll investigate.
It says delivered but I don't have it
Check around your property, with neighbors, and any safe spots the carrier might leave packages. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us for help.
