How to Return
Contact Us
Email returns@eventideoutfitters.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours.
Get Your Label
We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. No need to pay for return shipping.
Ship It Back
Pack items securely in original packaging if possible. Drop off at any USPS location.
Get Your Refund
Once received, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging (if applicable)
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Exchanges
Want to exchange for a different product? No problem. Contact us with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for. We'll send you instructions and handle any price differences.
Exchanges are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your return. Your new item will ship with the same speed as your original order.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Used or damaged items (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective product? We're sorry! Contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll ship a replacement at no cost and arrange return of the defective item if needed.
